Newsletters

Back in the Spring of 1996 we began publishing the Butera, Beausang, Cohen & Brennan Law Update for clients and friends of the Firm. What began as a modest little project met with such favorable response that we now distribute over 1,000 copies of the Law Update on a bi-monthly basis. Regular columns include Ken Butera's Queen's English, our Latin Lovers section which tackles sometimes incomprehensible Latin phrases used in the law, and frequent tax updates. Reprints of any of our prior issues are available upon request. Multiple reprints are available for educational and institutional purposes.

To access a particular article, click onto the year shown at left and scroll through the various titles. Each year has six issues, each containing six or more articles.
