Sale of Business Seminar
On October 28, 2008 there will be a free breakfast seminar sponsored by Tannenbaum & Aalok at the Sheraton Park Ridge Hotel in King of Prussia dealing with the topic of selling a business. The seminar, which will run from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., will feature speakers from the lending, legal and accounting industries, focusing on the financing, legal and accounting issues facing sellers and buyers of small businesses. Kevin Palmer from our firm will be reviewing the major legal issues which can arise, and he will be joined by Bob Bifolco, Chief Lending Officer for Continental Bank, who will address financing, and Greg Stratoti, a Certified Public Accountant and director with Elko & Associates, who will cover the important accounting issues facing sellers and buyers of small businesses. A flyer is enclosed which provides more detail on this upcoming seminar.
